Rob Hoffman is a Senior Manager in AI-Enabled Learning and Project Innovation with more than 20 years of cross-sector leadership spanning government, academia, and private industry. In his current role at Arlo Solutions, Rob leads enterprise-level initiatives at the intersection of emerging technology, adaptive learning, and workforce transformation. He oversees R&D programs, designs custom learning management systems (LMS), and develops large language model (LLM) integrations to drive mission-aligned training strategies across federal agencies. Dr. Luc Rolland has joined the University of the West of Scotland as a lecturer on Robotics, Automation and Controls in the School of Computing, Engineering and Physical Sciences. With industrial partners, he has been working on robotics and automation projects which are now nominated for innovation awards in Scotland and the UK. He is now being invited to participatein the first surgical robotics designs in countries like France, Italy and Switzerland. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Montreal Polytechnic (Engineering University) in December 1984 and then obtained his Master degree in Robotics Work cell Simulation where the research was partly funded by General Electric Canada proposing the first digital twins for animated simulation. From 1988 until 1996, he practised engineering in instrumentation, automation, controls and robotics on large scale factory projects for three different companies: SNC-Lavalin, BPCO and Met-chem (USX Consultants). From 1996 until 1998, as a research assistant at the Lausanne Federal Polytechnic (EPFL), he has designed the Manta and Kanuk robots, the first two 4 DOF parallel robots for Schoen flies motion, the resulting paper has been cited more than 100 times. Then, in 2003, he received his PhD diploma in computer science from the University Henri Poincare in Nancy (France), benefiting from three bursaries: the INRIA, Lorraine Region and CMW-Marioni, a company that manufactures high speed milling machines. He contributed to the first parallel robot simulator aimed at milling task certification, verification and fine-tuning. He was awarded two French Government prizes for outstanding research and technology transfer to industry. After his PhD thesis, he has been involved in various robotics and automation projects often involving partnerships with the industry. Recently, at UWS, for a local industrial partner, he designed and made a robotic work cell capable of high precision over large workspaces. He prepared the first automated industrial garment cleaning system based on ozone leaving no pollution. Among others, he has designed and controlled efficient and affordable solar trackers, rapid pointers, five-bar robot for test-tube filling, reconfigurable planar tripod, the fastest linear actuators, rigid revolute joint family including universal joints, hybrid drone. Hoe worked on sense-an-avoid algorithms for drones and the first certification framework for high speed milling and autonomous vehicles. He has worked on the automatic reprogramming of painting robots for Leyland Trucks and also contributed to the dynamics assembly plants by studying integration of articulated robots on mobile vehicles. He has experience in working with the oil and gas industry as he has designed the first redundant Fire and Gas System for the Hibernia offshore platform. He continues the design and controls of parallel robots for high performance with various academic partners in UK, France, Canada, Finland and Germany.

Rukshak Kapoor is an AI/ML researcher with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjabi University and is currently pursuing an M.E. from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. He has been actively involved with the CERN ML group and has presented research at international forums including EPFL and the Lorentz Center, Netherlands. He is a published author in The European Physical Journal C and is presently interning on neuromorphic computing and spiking neural networks under Dr. Pietro Vischia.

Dr. May Wang is an associate professor in the Faculty of Business and Management at Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University. She is the Programme Director of Master of Arts in Communication - Media Management Concentration. She received her Ph.D. in the School of Business from The University of Hong Kong and M.Phil. in System Engineering and Engineering Management from The Chinese Unviersity of Hong Kong. Her research interests include Big data in E-Commerce, FinTech, recommendation agents, human-computer interaction. Her works have been published in Information Systems Research and Management Science, among others.

Li Zhang is currently a Professor in Computer Science, Royal Holloway, University of London. She holds a PhD degree from University of Birmingham, UK, on machine learning and pattern recognition. Her research expertise includes deep learning, image/video/audio processing, and reinforcement learning, for solving diverse real-world challenges. She is one of the top 2% of the most-cited scientists in the discipline of Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing since 2019, according to Stanford/Elsevier’s Top 2% Scientist Rankings. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and has served as an expert grant evaluator for UK research councils, the Netherlands and international funding bodies.

Pascal Lorenz has received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and currently serves as an Associate Professor at AAB College, as well as about 10 years of experience in managerial positions. With over 20 papers published, 10 of themin Scopus and Web of Science journals, her research covers topics such as consumer spending, management, marketing, and female entrepreneurship in transition economies. She has presented at more than 20 international conferences across Europe and actively contributes to editorial boards and peer-review processes. Ifeoluwa Emmanuel Olagbaju is an Internal Audit Data Analytics expert, with extensive experience in leveraging data to drive risk assurance, operational efficiency, and business insights. With a background in Computer Science and an MBA in Management, Ifeoluwa has built a career in financial services, working with multinational institutions including asset managers, fund managers, and pension fund administrators. His work in internal audit has centred on data analysis, ETL development, data modeling, and reporting, empowering audit teams to make data-driven decisions. In recent years, Ifeoluwa has expanded his expertise into the field of Machine Learning (ML), focusing on how ML can bridge the gaps in anomaly detection, fraud detection, and continuous audit automation. I am Poulami. I am currently working as a PhD scholar at Centre of Behavioral and Cognitive Sciences in University of Allahabad, India. Prior to this I have completed my Bachelor's (Bsc) in a combination of Physics, Mathematics and Statistics followed by a Master's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience at Centre of Behavioral and Cognitive Sciences. During my master's, I completed a thesis on perceptual decision making. It explored through Bayesian analysis how the neuronal populations in supplimentary eye field region contributing to yes and no decision can be distinguished from one another using a collection of go and no go trials. In my PhD, I am trying to develop a targetted and informed Neurologic Music Therapy through neuroimaging and white matter tractography ,for Parkinson's patients which will help them in better management of daily movements as well as slowing down the overall cognitive decline that comes at a later stage of the disease. My other areas of interest are time perception, neurovascular diseases, different modalities of neuroimaging and exploratory data driven studies.
